I worked in escrow for 28 years in California, and owned my own escrow company for 8 years of that 28 years. When the market crashed in 2008, I transitioned into Transaction Coordinating and Loan Processing until I became a Licensed Salesperson in California in 2012 where I held my license until 2019 and listed and sold over 40 homes. We moved to Wisconsin in 2018 and I immediately got my Wisconsin Salesperson License. I started working and sold a couple of homes, while realizing I needed to build my warm market in order to be able to be successful here in Wisconsin. My other backgrounds are in the restaurant industry and music industry, so I opened a much needed coffeehouse in Twin Lakes, WI thinking I could meet everyone in town and then proceed to sell real estate. I had no idea that our coffee shop would become a FRIENDS Themed Coffeehouse with an actual Orange Couch Set from Warner Bros. Or that it would become so popular so fast and visited by people from all over the World. So, that took some time to build, to say the least. Now that I’ve been an integral part of the community for over 4 years, earned my community‘s trust, have gotten to so know so many wonderful people, I feel it’s time to start doing what I do best! Marketing my Sellers homes for sale and finding my Buyers THE ONE! I know this business. My escrow background has taught me how to avoid problems before they arise. My loan processing background has helped my guide my Buyers to be more prepared for what they should expect when trying to get financed. My Marketing background has given me the experience I need to make sure your home gets the exposure it needs to sell. I will do everything I can for you.
